Well, I went out for the first time in weeks tonight though it was quite unexpected but my family is much more spontaneous than I am, apparently. So, what did we end up doing?

Started off with dinner at a restaurant called El Paso, and oh my! Amazing food! To start things off, we had an appetizer which was chicken quesadillas. My drink was a Shirley Temple but I did sneak some sips of my Mom’s margarita and it WAS good! Then for dinner, I had a beef brisket sandwich with cheddar cheese and steak fries though I did try some of my Dad’s prime rib. Great food, I’d recommend this place to anyone who loves Texan style BBQ!

After dinner, we stopped over at a mall (Tempe Marketplace) since we needed to walk off all that food plus my brother had never seen that mall. It was a lot of fun and the picture below is from there as a matter of fact. I ended up getting a nice top from my Mom there at a store called “Hottie”. Now, I tend to not care much for clothing stores but I LOVED this one. I’m so dragging my best friend in there when she does come out here!

That’s it for tonight! Though I might post another picture of this fountain if I feel so inclined. What’s neat about it, is it does change colors and the fireplace besides it is so nice! Well, toodles!
